Excellerate - Ian Pearson
Ian has 25 years manufacturing management experience from grass roots to senior level. He graduated from his Kaizen training in Japan1992 and then developed Lean and visual management systems through coaching from Toyota UK.
He has delivered extensive training to clients in Turkey utilising Toyota production methods, and achieving a significant 25 % reduction on cycle time whilst promoting a culture change, thus empowering the operating team.
His recent achievements include a culture change in a declining business, high risk product transfer and the introduction of new products.
