Our approach is different. We believe that "lean" and "Six Sigma" are powerful methodologies, but they do have their problems. Too many exponents of the "lean" and "Six Sigma" tool set are only able to implement to a formula. Sometimes a full deployment is unnecessary and inappropriate and we will work with you to understand and implement only those things that will give you a benefit.

This might mean the deployment of  specific "lean" or "Six Sigma" tools, training, help with the required cultural changes, or even specific projects that you might require to be undertaken.
