Excellerate - Colin Parry
Colin has 20 years experience in manufacturing to a senior level and has carried out activities and training with most UK and European automotive OEMS. He is extensively experienced in the leadership and implementation of cultural and change management initiatives.
He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and an experienced trainer, delivering training in lean and six sigma to all levels from shop floor personnel to senior management.
His recent activities include a 75% improvement in changeover times following a SMED activity, a 35% increase in productivity on a high technology, high speed production line using the DMAIC (Six Sigma) methodology and business systems assessments in companies moving towards the Shingo award for Operational Excellence.
